6.2 Bonus Abuse

7. Betting Rules

Togel (lottery) bets are settled based on the official draw results published by Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, or the relevant lottery operator.

In the event of a dispute, biz77's decision is final. We will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written explanation of our decision.

7.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided under the following circumstances:

• The event is canceled, postponed, or does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time (unless otherwise stated).

• A technical malfunction affects game outcome.
• The bet was placed after the event had already started (late bets).

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your account balance, but any winnings are forfeited.
